- A Deposit of Fifty-Five Dollars ($55.00) is required by October 1^st for Recital Costume –

- A $10.00 late fee will incur on December 1^st for all deposits not paid -

- Balance of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for Recital Costume and Thirty Dollars ($30.00) Recital Fee is

required by January 15^th.

- Tuition, Or Any Part Thereof, is NOT Refundable -

All Rates Are Payable In Advance Beginning the First of Each Month.  Accounts not paid by the 7^th are in arrears.  A 10% late fee will be charged on the 8^th of the month.  Students two (2) months in arrears will not be permitted to attend class.  A $25.00 returned check fee will be added to an account.  No student may appear in recital unless account is paid in full.  No Deductions for Holidays or Classes Missed!  Students dropping classes will be charged a full month’s tuition.  No checks will be accepted after May 15^th.

CLASS POLICIES

All students must have regulation studio attire and shoes.  Please leave students five “5" minutes prior to beginning of class time and pick up promptly at the end of class.  Student must attend every class, or at least check in to count towards perfect attendance.  A student may check in a maximum of three (3) times per year for perfect attendance.  Only one certificate will be awarded per year regardless of the number of classes taken.  A trophy will be awarded for five (5) and ten (10) years perfect attendance.  This does not mean that they have to be consecutive years.

CREDITS – BASED ON AGE AS OF AUGUST 31 ,2010

One (1) Lesson per week:   ..............One (1) Credit                 Nine (9) Credits & 12 of age:   .........................Junior Diploma

Three (3) Credits:   ..................Certificate Of Merit                    Twelve (12) Credits & 16 years of age:   ................Graduation

Six (6) Credits:   ....................................Pin Award                   Two (2) years after graduation or Three (3) classes

- Examination study session held Friday, January 22^nd & testing held Friday, February 5^th (dates are subject to change) at 5:30 p.m. -
