Evelyn Ott School of Dance - Dress Code
Coming to dance class properly dressed is a part of the discipline associate with taking dance class. Below are the Evelyn Ott School of Dance dress code requirements. Tiny Tots
Pink color leotard, pink tights and required tutu. Pink ballet shoes only - dress up bedroom slippers and slipper socks are not permitted. Hair must be worn up.
Primary Combo
Black color leotard, pink tights, optional ballet skirt, pink ballet shoes and tan tap shoes with buckle, velcro, or elastic straps. Hair must be worn up.
Ballet/Pointe
Black color leotard, pink tights, and optional ballet skirt. Pink ballet shoes only - dress up bedroom slippers and slipper socks are not permitted. Hair must be secured out of face and preferably worn in a bun.
Lyrical - Contemporary
Solid or print leotard, suntan stir-up tights. Foot paws are highly recommended.
Tap
Solid or print leotard, suntan tights, dance shorts/pants and tan buckle/lace up tap shoes.
Jazz
Solid or print leotard, suntan tights, dance shorts/pants and tan jazz shoes
Acro-Gymnastics
Solid or print leotard and shorts. This class can be taken in bare feet.
Hip-Hop
T-shirt/tank top, shorts/dance pants and required hip hop shoes. Please do not wear jeans to this class.
Boys
Black shorts or sweat pants with a fitted T-Shirt (no oversize or baggy T-shirts or sweatshirts please)
