Evelyn Ott School of Dance COVID Policy
Evelyn Ott School of Dance takes the health & safety of our our families seriously. For the 2021-2022 season we will continue many of the previous protocols in place to provide a healthy & safe environment for all of our dancers. As always it is important to remember that we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time to be sure we are following guidance from the CDC.
Calling out Sick from Class
We understand that seasonal flu & cold symptoms will appear within our students with our without COVID involvement. We still ask that you adhere to the EOSOD health check list at home before coming to class. If you child seems well, but still has any of the symptoms we kindly ask that you please stay home. We know this can be frustrating so we have extended our class make-up policy. If your child is sick, please give us a call to let us know you will miss class. All students will have an opportunity for free to attend any other class of their choice (that is level/age appropriate) during the session as a make-up class. All our staff will have details available to let you know what make-up classes are available to your student. Make-up classes must be attended during the same session the original sick-absence was noted. Please let us know in advance what make up class your student will attend. As always, please check with the front desk for any questions or concerns around this policy.
