TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets will be available starting on Monday, May 6th. Accounts must be paid in full to receive your tickets.
Dress Rehearsal Tickets: 1 parent ticket and 1 student ticket will be provided
Recital Tickets: Each family will receive a total of 4 tickets included in their recital fee.
One ticket must be used for any student who will sit down after their performance.
No ticket is needed for children under the age of 2 who will stay seated in a lap.
IMPORTANT RECITAL PROCEDURES
- Please have your dancer arrive at the venue in their first costume dressed and ready with hair & make-up complete.
- Students should wear light make-up; neutral eye color, blush, and lipstick (red or pink encouraged)
- No extra jewelry should be worn. Please remove all nail polish
- Only nude/skin tone undergarments should be worn.
- Only 1 parent/guardian should drop your dancer off at the stage door at the back of the TCC Roper Building on Monticello Ave. EOSOD Staff will be present to take your child as well as any additional costumes.
- Please do not send your dancer with any bags or belongings other than garment bags.
- We ask that you please label every single item with your dancer's name.
- Any guests including the parent dropping off must enter through the main entrance in the front of the building to present tickets and be seated.
- EOSOD staff will hold your child from drop off until they have finished their last dance. This means if your dancer is in more than one dance you do not need to assist in costume changes.
- Once your dancer has completed their last dance please immediately pick them up from the main lobby. At this point, you may re-enter the theater to watch the remainder of the show or you are free to leave.
- Please remember to save a ticket for your dancer if you plan on returning to the theater to finish the show. Only children 2 years of age and under who will stay seated in a lap will not require a ticket.
- Please note costumes may not be readily available to pick up and we ask that you have patience as staff will be bringing them to the lobby periodically during the show.
- If you have any questions, don't hesitate to stop by the front desk.
QUICK CHANGE PROCEDURES
Notices for those students who have a quick change during the show went out the week of Recital meetings. If you believe your child has a quick change, stop by the front desk with additional questions.
For those students who have a quick change during the show, we ask that each dancer arrive in their first costume dressed and ready. Please bring all remaining costumes in their individual garment bags. Please have all costumes, tights, shoes, and accessories clearly labeled. Parents do not need to assist with costume changes. We will hold your dancer until they have completed their last dance. Please pick up your dancer directly after their final dance in the main lobby.
